The demo calendar opens on Microsoft Bookings when you choose its link. Details you enter there are handled by Microsoft Bookings and the Noter team; they are not processed only on your device.

The calendar collects your name, email and appointment choice, together with company, industry and use-case details. These give the team the context for your demonstration. Look for Microsoft’s confirmation to know whether an appointment was booked.

To change or cancel a confirmed meeting, use the instructions supplied with its confirmation or contact the Noter team. Closing this website does not cancel a confirmed appointment.

Email links open your configured email application. The general enquiry link addresses sales@noterproducts.com and copies Yasir.Khan@noterproducts.com and robin.eliadis@noterproducts.com. Nothing is sent by this website when you open a link.

If you send an enquiry, the recipients receive your address and the content you include so they can respond. Email and booking information are separate from records held on a Noter Vault appliance.

Your choice of system, full or reduced motion is stored in this browser tab’s session storage. Form details are not saved there by this website.

Fonts, images and films are served by this website, hosted on Vercel. Loading a website makes network requests containing technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The full launch film loads when opened. The silent detail film loads and loops when visible, unless reduced motion or a detected data-saving preference is enabled. It pauses off screen and in hidden tabs, and can also be played or paused manually.

Optional website analytics and performance-telemetry integrations are disabled.

The website’s enquiry flow is separate from the meeting data held on a Noter Vault appliance. The appliance’s local processing model does not mean that a website visit, booking or email enquiry is processed only on your device.
